Our custom coffee truck is your Coffee, tea, and more truck on the go! It can be rented for weddings, private or business events, festivals, and more! Please see our basic packaging outline below. Feel free to reach out with questions on customization for your next event.
Weddings
Coffee Casa would love to work with you to make your wedding memorable! Our wedding package includes:
- Two staffed baristas for up to 4 hours, which includes set up and breakdownÂ
- Full, traditional coffee menu (hot coffee, cold brew, tea, hot chocolate)Â
- Full espresso drink menu and potential for custom specialty drinks (espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc.)Â
- All necessary drink wares
Having a Coffee Casa Food Truck at your wedding is meant to replace the coffee service from your caterer.
To inquire about wedding package pricing, please fill out the contact form below. Custom donuts will be added to display alongside the truck. Our homemade donuts are priced separately based on individual needs/orders.

Community and Corporate Events
Coffee Casa is happy to help add to your next community or corporate event. Booking options include:
- Two staffed baristas for up to 3 hours, which includes set up and breakdown
- Hot coffee, cold brew, tea, hot chocolate, lemonade, and potential for custom specialty drinks (espresso is not included)
- All necessary cups, straws, napkins, etc.
